Ms. Amma Frimpomaa Dwumah is a lawyer and a member of the Ghana Bar Association. She has extensive knowledge in the banking and finance sector.
She graduated with a QLC from the Ghana School of Law. She holds an MA in Human Resources from the University of Cape Coast. She holds an LL.B from the University of Ghana, Legon, and a Bachelor in Education Degree in English Language from the University of Education, Winneba. She also graduated as a Teacher from St. Louis Training College, Ghana
Ms. Dwumah started her career as a Teacher with OLA Girls Senior High School where she taught English and English Literature. She has worked with Dery & Co. a legal firm in Accra. Prior to joining Dery & Co. she was with Golden Pride Savings and Loans Limited as Solicitor and Company Secretary. She previously worked as a Trainer of Trainees with the GNAT/Canadian Teachers Federation and also worked with Plan Ghana to train teachers.
Prior to her appointment she worked with Bank of Africa as a Legal Counsel. She can be described as a professional with a strong appetite for success, a problem solver, and also possesses strong organizational and leadership skills. She has extensive training in leadership and corporate governance.
